EVA waxes are obtained by co-polymerization of ethylene and the polar co-monomer vinyl acetate with Innospec’s high pressure polymerization technology. Due to their polar co-monomer, EVA waxes show, compared to PE waxes, a polar, more flexible, less brittle property. The polarity and flexibility be adjusted by changing the proportion of vinyl acetate.
