We produce high quality polyethylene (PE) waxes and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) waxes for a wide range of end products at our state-of-the-art high pressure polymerization and wax oxidation plants in Leuna, Germany.
Sold under the VISCOWAX® brand, our waxes are used as additives to improve product properties or as processing aids for use in specific processes.
As a world’s leading wax producer, Innospec Leuna operates the world’s most modern high pressure polymerization plant. The plant is located on the largest connected chemical site in Germany.
Our waxes are trend setting in the global wax world both in terms of quality and the wide range of products offered.
Innospec Leuna benefits from the interconnected raw material supply on the chemical site in Leuna. The carbon footprint of the products is 15% improved by using renewable electricity.
